Rancho El Mirador began with a passion for authentic, quality meats and a dream to bring traditional flavors to your table. Monico Carrillo, owner of Rancho El Mirador, started this journey as a young boy in Mexico, crafting chorizo and selling it door-to-door. Over the years, he perfected this recipe, sharing it only with family and close friends. After Monico sold his business of over 20 years, he knew he was ready to fulfilled his dream of a young boy owning a ranch, where he could raise his own cattle to be able and give people the opportunity to experience real, authentic farm raised meats.
With Rancho El Mirador, the goal is simple: to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy authentic, farm-raised beef, chicken, and chorizo. Raised naturally and free from injection hormones, our meats bring a taste of tradition and quality to your home.
