Notes for Beef Cut Sheet
Standard Cuts are listed in *Asterisk
If you choose "No", the meat will be processed into the Ground Beef.
Organ meat a charge of $20 for "Whole", $15 for "Half", and $10 for "Quarter" will be applied.
Roasts: Select number of "Lbs" of Roasts or select "Grind" next to any cuts not wanted.
Steaks: If 1 steak per package is selected the following charge will be applied $20 per Whole, $15 per Half, and $10 per Quarter
Tenderized and Cubed steaks $20 per whole, $15 per half, and $10 per quarter
Ground Beef and Patties: Patties are 4 per package (1lbs) Patties are NOT required.
If you order a quarter beef, Ground Beef is packaged in 1lb packages ONLY.
THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR SPECIALTY CUTS.
